8U Welcome Letter

NoVA 8U Hockey Programs

The NoVA Hockey Club Dogs offers opportunities for both boys and girls born in the 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 calendar years.  All children born in these calendar years will play in the Club's 8U House Program.  A subset of these children born in 2009 and 2010 will play in the Club's 8U Travel Program.

Comparing our 8U House Program Fee of $650 to other Programs while considering the amount of ice touches your child will receive, the NoVA 8U House Program is for you.  The current season will run from August 26, 2017 through February 25, 2018.

If your child has played or participated in the Club's 2016-2017 NoVA 8U Hockey Program, the 2017 NoVA Spring Program, our Learn to Play Program or an equivalent Learn to Play Program, then your child is likely ready for one or both of our NoVA 8U Hockey Programs. Please ask if you have any questions.

We look forward to seeing your child on the ice

Nova follows USA Hockey American Development Model which provides age-appropriate guidelines and curriculum to hockey associations across America to help more kids play, love and excel in hockey.

All participating players must obtain a USA Hockey Identification before registering with NOVA Icedogs.
